As a Senior Human Resources Generalist with the HR Business Partners Department you will provide human resources services throughout the organization, including strategic guidance related to performance management, succession planning, retention and workforce analytics.?? You will provide advice and counsel on human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization. Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required. ? Qualifications:
Eight years experience in a client-focused human resources business partner role required.
Experience with strategic Human Resource functions required including but not limited to: design of work positions; hiring; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance development and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee development.
Solid human resource technical skills, including but not limited to, performance management, change management, talent development and employee relations required.
Sound understanding of federal, state and local employment laws required.
In-depth knowledge of current employment policies, practices and trends required.
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and human resource management systems software required.
PHR or SPHR designation preferred.
The incumbent must be willing and able to travel.
EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: In lieu of a bachelor?s degree, four additional years of experience in human resources required.
